The story of Laferme on Pirita tee has been ongoing for over 100 years.
Now it begins once more. Laferme will soon get a completely new breathing – it will become renewed, slightly bigger and a whole lot fresher. The historic building will be completely renovated, which will be accompanied by a modern new structure. Both parts of the building will have their own unique style and blend into the calm of waterside living.
