The romantic Toomepea (Dome Hill) terrace of this building and the imposing green villa on the green slope can be seen all the way from downtown. It used to belong to Baron Helffreich for some time and the Luscher & Matiesen winery used to operate there during the first period of independence of the Republic of Estonia.
